Service Check Connector for ODB2

Service Check Connector for ODB2
I'm looking for the service check connector so I can jump it and get the code. I found a gray connector behind the glove compartment with 3 wires (1 black and 2 blue).
I found a link on honda-tech:

It shows you how to jump the wire but that is for odb1 and I have odb2 (97 civic dx). Do I have the right connector or is this connector used for something else? If it is the right connector which 2 wires do jump?

you cannot jump the connector on an OBD 2 system. you need a special tool to hook up to the two pin connector avaliable from honda or you need a OBD 2 computer hook-up.

the jumper is behind the passenger side kick panel where the ECU is. Check the maintainance forum i think theres a thread about it

So I bought a reader from Part Source for only $99 since it was on sale. Worth every penny.
Now I know my problem is
P0135 Primary Heated Oxygen Sensor (Primary HO2S) (Sensor 1) Heater Circuit Malfunction
I guess I should start by replacing the primary oxygen sensor.
