Serious Squeeking Noise Coming From The Front 2 Wheels

Hi,

I went to check out a car today and noticed that there's serious squeeking and grinding noises coming from the front 2 wheels. Only squeeks when I turn or tilt the steering wheel (in other words, only squeeks when the wheels turn).

The owner said it's just a matter of lubrication. Is that correct? The car is lowered but I'm 100% the tires aren't rubbing anything. It seems like it's the joints making the noise.

Anyone?

squeeking usually indicates balljoints..

jack the car up.. and grab onto the wheel or rotor and shake it back and fourth.. as you are shake it/moving it check what components move.

and if its balljoints wear out... better replace them, i had my balljoints failed... it was pain, coz my driveshaft pretty much got busted too.... i still remember that day... pretty embarass in the middle of the road and i didn't wanna cause traffic jam 4pm of a weekday....
