Unhappy sensor, does my car even have one?

i ahve a problem with my 92 civic vx hatch, i recently did a swap and put a zc sohc vtec into it, I have a check engine lite come on so i checked my codes. I have a code 3, map sensor, so anyways, i start looking for my map nsensor and i couldnt seem to find it, i looked in my haynes manual and where it shows the map sensor, my car does not have one. please help me someone, im getting porr gas mileage and i gotta drive to school everydya. I suppose the engine is running very rich due to the map sensor problem, or lack of map sensor
thanks in advance everyone!

most every fuel injected Civic has a MAP sensor somewhere.... look for it on your intake manifold, or hooked up to your intake manfold via vacuum lines.

Some cars have them on the intake manifold, and others on the firewall near the brake fluid reservoir.

Connected thru vac lines.

When you did the swap did you make sure you used the correct computer and o2 sensor wiring, ive seen a swap like this done before on a vx and because the guy went from 2 o2 sensors on the vx motor to 1 on the motor he put in the car got poor gas mileage due to having the o2 wiring all screwed up. The code thats coming up for the map sensor may just be an unrelated problem.

I am using a p28 ecu and im an 100 percent sure that is the rite one for a sohc vtec motor, also, there was originally one o2 sensor on the original motor. I am pretty sure it is a problem with the mapo sensor, if it wa san o2 sensor problem, it would probably be throwing out a code for the o2 sensor
