Post secondary o2 sensor help needed

93 cx obd1
gsr motor/harness/ecu obd2

obd1 to obd2 jumper harness

Need to connect the secondary o2 sensor from the tegra to my ecu.

Found this:

2nd 02 Sensor ECU Connector
White Wire TO D14 – Sensor Heater 02 Signal (SH02S)
Green Wire TO D11 – Sensor Ground 2 (SG2)
Black Wire TO A5 – Secondary Heater 02 Control (S02HTC)
Black Wire TO A11 – Power Source 1 (1GP1)

Do i use this source on the following diagram:

92-95 - Do i connect the wires above to my d-series pigtails that connect to my jumperharness or

Connect the wires above directly into my jumperharness into my ecu.

Now if i get a Chipped obd2 ECU, will that eliminate my secondary o2 sensor. ?

Im in desperate need to get my car running again. Any help or anyone know how to connect these secondary o2 sensor wires and run them into which plug i will love you forever

Dude, you are doing it ALL wrong. You take the obd1 harness that is on the original engine, and install it on the engine. Whatever plugs dont fit, make em fit by changing plugs using the obd2 harness. Just make sure the colours are the same.

Only things that dont match i believe are the injectors, distributor and alternator. For injectors, just use your stock ones or find some newer/cleaner obd1 injectors, for distributor, just change the plugs on the original harness, for alternator, i believe its the same wire count so also just change up the plug.

You will have to....wire secondary IAB and vtec.

(somebody verify i wrote everything correctly, beer in me is saying i screwed up)

U said all i have to wire up is "You will have to....wire secondary IAB and vtec. "

secondary o2 sensor is not used in obd1 cars.

So, for harness, easiest thing would be obd1 integra GSR harness. If not any integra or civic harness thats in obd1 will work.

Make sure you connected MAP and TPS correctly and didnt switch them up.

Is the car throwing any codes?

code 3 is map sensor...either malfunctioning or unplugged. So try switching it with tps since the plugs are the same and you may have plugged them in backwards. If it makes it worse switch it back. Easy thing to try.

Yeah I know I'm trying different things and nothing seems to be working. Also sucks working in -20 weather to in my snowboard gear outside lol. I installed the new map sensor I'll fiddle around with the to sensor plugs and change them up and see. Maybe now since I changed the map sensor mightily been a problems I duno anymore. Car starts- idles funny- jolts when I shift- and running rich- what can be the causes...............

Well...it could be that the timing is off, idling could be caused by mechanical issues such as iacv, or improperly bled coolant. I would suggest just checking the sensors with a volt meter, if all fails bring it to alltech or HiVelocity.

What ecu are you using?
