sea foamed my car the 2nd time...

i seafoamed my car about 2 months ago and i just did it again tonight but it was really odd because there was so much more smoke this time compared to the first time. like i'm talking about 10x more. i've changed my oil every month and did spark plugs last time i sea foamed the car. how come there's so much more smoke this time? i sea foamed my dads car too. it was the first time done on his car and it had 330xxxkms on it and had no where near as much smoke as me but my car is maintained waaaaayyyy better than his. can that much carbon really build up over such a short period of time?

not necessarily. freeing up more carbon deposits may free up your oil control ring and perhaps stop the oil burning altogether. depending on why it was burning oil in the first place.

Carquest is the place to get it. Check the Seafoam thread in the Maintenance section.

drive the car hard for a day and you will get the same results, with out putting sh*t in your engine.
