Scratched headers pretty badly...

hey, on my friend's 1997 Prelude, he scratched his ceramic headers(DC Sports) pretty badly, he was driving, and didnt notice a dip and scratched the headers, like sparks flew out n all that...anyway there are some pics below...is there something to cover that with or anything? there's no holes or anything, but just looks really bad...any compound that can be sprayed on that is tough n possibly winter resistant?

it looks bad... no offence but who the **** sees under your car on a regular basis? I'd just spray it whenever I had time...

get some high temp paint at crappy tire. i painted a complete turbo manifold with it and it holds up fine. search on honda-tech for a skid plate thread. there is someone on there that made one and it looked decent.

High temp paint will burn off a header. I tried it on my old dc header and it looked great until I took her out for a rip then it looked faded and crap.
