Scraping/Grinding sound, please troubleshoot

After making an agressive left hand turn i began noticing an ever increasing grinding/scraping sound coming from my passenger side tire.

At first i thought it was just my fender liner but after driving in several circles i believe its something else. It first started making this sound while turning left after hitting a bump. However it seems on every left turn i make now this scraping sound is getting worse.

Someone please shed some light on my situation.

so i check the brake assembly tie rods drive shafts etc.

It seems like my wheel is rubbing on the fender lining, its just i have never noticed it before.

Are 195-60-15s too big for a 1.8" sportline drop???

Anyone running without fender lining?
Any problems?

possibly, I would get a 195/55..its almost a full inch smaller in diameter than the 60 series

also i have a friend running that size on an EK, fits perfect.
