I have a 88 civic se and have a dohc zc swap in it, and was wondering if anyone knew which one of these is worth the best money?

I can get the 2nd one for 80$ more than the first, but have not come across anyone that knows what the major difference is between the two yet.

I do believe the only difference is that the second can save 2 settings, and knock sensor monitors. I am not going nuts in this car so i don't figure i need the second one
