Rough Idle Question

Rough Idle Question
Ok here's the situation. I just changed the cap/rotor/plugs/ and wires (Genuine Honda OEM parts of course) in my wife's 97 ex today(145k). Car is running great with great response but at idle it is rougher than usual. Idle is slightly lower than factory spec of 750. Will a low idle cause this problem? Any ideas?

I am also suspecting that I may have a vacumm leak now cause i know hear a whistling sound which I never hear before. A stock airbox is still installed so it's not the intake. Could this be the rough idle problem? How much is a vacuum leak tester?

The infamous whistle... Mine did that but that was when I installed an Intake system.
Check that the little rubber hoses connecting the TB to the block are not bent or squished.
Also, open the hood and follow the source of the whistling!
