Rod Bearing....

Hey guys,

About a week ago I spun a rod bearing. So I took apart th ebottom end and replaced the bearings and put it all back together. I got the correct bearings for the cylinders and all that stuff.

The first 100km the car ran fine..BUT again the rod bearing knock came back.

Wtf is going on here?

Someone help

Your crackshaft journal is probably out of round, most likely, if you replace it again same thing is probably going to happen, i say get a new bottom end or new motor. there so cheap you might as well, unless you have a b series vtec

You might also want to ask and see why it spun?!?! Is it doing it again, oil not traveling there properly? etc.....
