Rims and Lowering Springs

Guys I currently have my car lowered using H&R 1.75/1.5 lowering springs and am putting on a set of 17 inch rims this summer which the rubber is 205/40/17. Does anyone know at all or has anyone experinced any rubbing or anything negative that can affect the rims or tires or anything? If there is anything I should be aware of please let me know! Should I change to Eibach Pro Kit?

camber wear on the tires... but it shouldn't be too bad...
rubbing won't be too frequent if at all

I have the same setup and there is a bit of rubbing at the front but I was expecting that.

as long as the rims have the right offset... you will be fine.....

its not the lowering.. well somewhat.... but the offset of the rims is the most important

1.75" drop and 1.5" rear will be perfect considering the Eibach Sportlines are 1.8" and being a soft spring they tend to sag!

I run the same setup you describe and I have very LITTLE rubbing if any. The only time I'll rub is if I have the wheel crankes all the way to some side, like getting into a tight parking space or something.

You should have no problems.
