Ride height info for different springs ?

Hey,
I would appreciate it if I can get some numbers with regards to the ride height for these springs. I'm basically looking to go higher, I'm sick or the race springs (just too many problems.

If you have suggestions on other springs I would love to hear them. I'm basically looking for a 1.8 drop with the tighest spring rate.

-H&R Sport
-Eibach Sportline
-Eibach Prokit
-Neuspeed Sport
-Rennsport
-Tein S-tech

NO coilovers!

Thanks in advance !!!

LOL ..... Thats usually the first reaction that I get from others.

"too low"

well as much as I loved it ... Its not really a problem of potholes and such but more so being able to ride on the rims that I desire with the right tires.
Not to mention the wear that the rest of my suspension takes for being so low, I think I'm having drive axle problems now.

sketch, in light of this post, and the other vibration post... does your swap have an LSD differential?

anyways, tight springs, you want the H&R ones... Sport is good.

mild rates, you want the Pro-Kit

Rennsport, as I understand are close to stock

and I know nothing of the Tein springs.

AHA!!!! You DO have LSD... have you spun out lately, or done any burnouts or other drivetrain abuse as of late???

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but your intermittent vibration and pulling may have something to do with a blown differential unit.... your LSD may be toast, but that's just the worse case scenario... though a very likely one. Inspect all other avenues (like rotate your tires/wheels) before you blame the LSD.

Pro Kit is rated very conservatively at like 1.3/1.5... but it does settle quite a bit 1/4 to 1/2 inch after a couple of years.

Sport is 1.75 I think, and prolly will settle another 1/4 inch.

The Sport will give you a stiffer feel, the Pro Kit will "float" a bit more which is what you want in order to handle small cracks in pavement and so on... the Pro-Kit will outperform the Sport, though it won't feel like it cuz there will be considerable body roll in comparison.

just ask some ppl at the meets... maybe they take you for a drive

that's the best way to know for sure, or do like I did and just buy whatever appeals to you and try it all out. (just that this way costs a lot, but there were no Civics in my area when I got started 5.5 years ago)
