I know what you guys mean, especially for my CRX.
I got fed up with not being able to find blue face guages in Kph that I pretty much did it on my own.
I changed the "film" from amber to blue in my gauge cluster. Not my gagues and numbers, etc. are blue with a slight green tint.
Cost me $3 to do myself.

Post pics Nautica, I wanna see yours!

I just saw the reverse indiglo at Pacific Mall for ... can't remember if for $130 or $150. They were of course in km/h.
And, yes, they were for a 6th generation Civic, the ones that have a tachometer

that's $110 Canadian, and that same place has brushed chrome bezels for $30, so for $140 i can have my whole gauge thing done up.... i'm still debating it tho, if it's worth it or not...

i think the place was called option1 or something like that? my friend just picked up a set on thurs and i saw them at work on sat, really nice, and my other friend even has a brightness adjuster on it that's really cool, it sits in one of your option switches on the side and it's indiglo too!!

hehe..if you come to the meets one of these days, i'll show you,
it looks different from the picture
everything is alot more clearer though, downfall about it is that you can't see your redline that well, and 4th gen's don't have a fuel light either so i dont' know if i'm near empty when its at night :P

the numbers are actually quite clearer than the picture. but yeah np..i mean for 10 bux..can't go wrong...just 20 mins of your time wiring and pointing that **** in the right direction and your good.

no, reverse indiglo are when the numbers light up instead of the whole face...

and nautica_t what kind of bulbs are those, and where did you get them?

SilverSiG I got those from Pac Mall, they are those Type R bulbs.
here i'll post a pic of them with them not on. you'll see how they look like during the day.

i will post them up later. i didn't up the pictures on to my computer. i only upped the one in the dark. i'll post it later on.
but alex, they go for about 10 bux. and the piece it self comes in black and blue i believe and can emit numerious color types. but i'm not 100% sure. but for 10 bux. can't go wrong.

-> Slvr-Bullet: i belive they are referring to reverse indiglo's. which means the face doesn't lit up the actual numbers lit up instead, but it still keeps a white face guage. i wanted to get reverse but they make it for 88-91. at night the numbers lit up instead (that's the reverse i wanted to get)

4 pages and no one thought of ussing GOOGLE?

They look like this when off........

And look like the VW gauges at night.......(example.....these are RX7)......

As you can see, only the NUMBERS light up, but during the daytime, they are white faced.

yeah thats something i want, but they don't have reverse indiglo's for 4th gen and if they do, they want to much, mine looks good as it is... -> IMO.

nautica_t: When you take apart the gauge cluster theres a amber/yellow "film" that makes the cluster light up yellow/amber.
When you take out the film you get direct light and it makes the whole cluster light up white(in my case it was black)
I bought some blue translucent paper from an arts store and replaced it with the yellow/amber stuff. Yellow out, blue in.
Because the bulbs are amber and the paper is blue I get a slight green tint. Also because I still have the film in(up top) my whole cluster lights up (kinda like stock) and its even.
Looks way better then the amber IMO.
Where did you get the bulbs nautica_t?

BTW I have a computer pic of 4th Gens gauge cluster if anyone wants to try and make some gauges on their own and their in kmh.
