rev limit

i'm having trouble with my crx.the head was just change and it runs great except once it hits 3000rpm it's like a rev limit
if u know what can cause that or know anything to help plz reply

whats the code its throwing again?....just so they know to more pin point the problem.

crank position sensor u said it was right?

ya the engine light code is crank angle position sensor.code for on a 0bd0 D16a6

I think the crank angle sensor is part of the distributer....

i had that same problem when i converted to mpfi, RECHECK all the wires....tps/IAT,eacv......

you're misfiring at 3000 rpm. If the plugs, wires, dizzy cap and rotor are all good, then you have a prob with the ignitor inside the distributor - you need a new dizzy.
