resistor box

When using peak and hold injectors its necessary to wire in a resistor if the stock injectors are saturated. I've come across two different ways of doing so. I was wondering which way was the correct way to do it.

In the first link it says to cut the 4 yellow/black wires on the injectors. Take all four of the ends that are on the harness side (TORWARD THE FIREWALL) when you cut the wires in half. RUN ALL 4 WIRES into the single wire coming out of the resistor box (the lonley colored wire) .
In the second link is says to cut all the yellow/black wires off each injector and route them into the injector box. (doesnt matter what order). Wire the lead on the resistor box into ONE of the yellow/black wires which used to goto your injectors. (doesnt matter which one)
Is it necessary to run all 4 wires to the lead on the resistor box?

YES IT IS!! when I did my buddys injectors, I used the honda-tech writeup. the car worked fine.

Yes it is what?
Necessary to connect all 4 wires from the harness to the lead on the resistor box? (first way)
OR
You only need to connect 1 of the 4 wires to the lead on the resistor box? (honda-tech way)

You answer my question by saying yes, but your next comment totally contradicts that.
