Replacing Valve Seal's Labour ?

how much do you think this would run me ? i know there is a read up on Honda-Tech where you dont have to remove the head.. i'd rather this way so i dont have to replace my head gasket since its brand new.

well, you will have to pull out the valve springs and retainers, and if you plan on keeping the head on, you will need to fill the cylinder with air to keep the valves from dropping once you remove the keepers.
You will need the special honda valve spring compressor since you have a b16, but otherwise its a pretty simple job and valve seals are pretty cheap, just don't drop any of the keepers down in the head or in any of the oil passages.
