I posted a question under miscellaneous, but it might be better if I had posted it in this section. So, here is the link to my post. Just wondering if anyone can help me out!
thanks

Get it converted. Finding R12 is next to impossible, and if you do it is more expensive then converting. Last I heard a 20 pound bottle was going for well over $3000. Your car would probable need 1 1/2 pounds to fill it. As far as leaking out, you have a hole somewhere. My 1990 civic still has the original R12 in it. A/C refrigrant will not leak out unless there is a hole in the system.

your evaporator is probobly pooed, it leaked out the ****, next is hydro carbons, cheap easy and no need to convert, not to mention there is no law for them yet so you can charge it up as many times as you want and its cheap.
