rear drivers side sagging?

Ok. I have a slight problem. my rear drivers side is sagging. Had some people look at it. all told me to change struts. So i did that and I swapped the springs so the left was on the right and right on the left. drop it down, looks good.. take it for a ride.... starts rubbing again. it doesnt rub as much but still rubs and sags. Does anyone know what it could be? I am so frustrated with this.
