today lunch time at work, went to eat with friends, at my workplace, ppl are fixing the roads, there's small bump, so i went on slowly, after that i heard some big noise coming out of my car, i thought my lip is broken, i went out to check, it's my rear pass brake drum area, it's lower control arm/bushing area broke....

had to get my car tow to my mechanic

here's the pics

the metal holding the bolt got snapped

the bolt seized

I cant believe the guys ****ed up the bolt and instead of replaceing the bolt and bushing, tryed to cover it up, putting your life at risk! You call this person a friend? If they couldnt handle the job at least tell you so you could go to a shop and have the bolt and bushing replaced properly, because in the end thats what your doing anyway, except you could of been killed. If I were you I would go punch the ****er in the face.

10$ for a bolt, probably need a new bushing which would require a new lower control arm which I "think" is around 100$, check parkway. The install for this would take less than an hour at any "capable" shop. so maybe 150ish total for a proper job. Dont quote me on the controll arm price tho, go ask yourself.
