How does it sound? Deep??
Also, I heard that this muffler will actually decrease HP, how come??

my friend had one on his car an eg coupe and it sounded a bit farty when he was at wot, but a nice sound during normal driving, IMO it sounds better than magnaflow but im not too sure about performance wise

pretty deep but at wot it is loud...get an oem itr muffler and 2 1/4 piping...that would be a really nice exhaust....you can thank me later...:thumbup:

Does it come with a silencer??

yep it does.... but it is basicaly a cheap peice of garbage so.....as long as you know your not gettign a high quality peice that is gonna be a "fart can" then that's cool...but other than that I'd look into a nice magnaflow....not a canister cause that is way played out....and looks stupid...

What is canister??

a canister style muffler is basicacly a big cylinderical shaped muffler....liek the r1 racing one....shaped like a can jsut get a normal looking magnaflow...like the oval ones I guess....get the piping for the entire exhaust replaced aswel with 2 1/4 or 2inch piping to see some actual gains in hp jsut replacign the muffler might give 1 hp.....but an entire "mandrel bent" exhaust with provide much better gains...keep you resonator or get a new one and keep your cat or get a high flow cat.....

Does anyone know what is the tip size of the RS-1000 stainless slanted tip muffler???
