Nope, Invidia and RS*R are two different companies. RS*R use to make Invidia's products, but have stopped doing so for years. The confusion comes from mostly US sellers selling "Invida RS*R" exhausts for example when there is no such thing. They are two completely seperate companies. Just like theres no such thing as an "AEM Ingen CAI"

Here is a statement from RS*R themselves explaining the confusion:

What is Invidia RS-R?
Invidia was a brand name that was offered by RS-R Japan around 1994. However, RS-R ceased offering the Invidia exhaust line by 1996. The Invidia brand name was later obtained by another independent company with no relation to RS-R Japan.
We would like to make it absolutely clear that RS-R Japan does not manufacture Invidia exhaust systems and RS-R USA does not distribute Invidia products.

Only RS-R products that come from RS-R USA are actually designed and manufactured at our headquarters in Japan. Make no mistake, authentic RS-R engineered products are only available through RS-R USA and authorized RS-R dealers.

uncommon but good. prolly pretty old though cuz there was like 3 years or something where RS*R pulled out of the US market. So they gotta be at least 3-4 years old if you didn't buy them yourself.

we were thinking more of great exhausts... but springs are not bad neither
