quick swap question

quick swap question

is it possible to swap a 1st gen b16a into eg or swap a 2nd gen b16a into ef....if yes then what are sum problems one mite encounter...

the only real problem that you will encounter is converting obd1 or obd0. Simple solution really, if you wanna put an obd0 engine (1st gen b16) into an EG all you need is obd1 injectors, obd1 alternator, obd1 distributor and a chipped p06 or p28 and of course either a hydro to cable clutch conversion (biggest problem) or just use a hyrdo b16 tranny and problem solved.
Now if you wanna run a 2nd gen b16 into an EF you can either convert to obd1 or just use obd0 injectors, dizzy, alternator, and use a pr3 ecu and a b16 cable tranny.
I actually just put a 1st gen b16 into an EG.....ask 1 of a Kind, it's his car. All we did was use obd1 injectors, dizzy and alternator, chipped his p06 and modded it to run vtec and used a b16 hydro tranny.
