Quick question

i was wondering i wanna get 17's with 40 series and a 2" drop all the way around will my car be driveable

Yes, any reputable rim/tire shop will be able to order 17's for your civic that have the correct offset in order to avoid rubbing.

BTW - 2" is not a huge drop so you won't have any problems

Pics don't do it justice... just do it, but make sure you got the right offset. I'm sure you'll still get a little rubbing, but nothing major. Prolly only on lock to lock and hard turns. 40-42 offset is cool...
