Questions About Interchangeable Parts on B16A

Hey guys I was wondering if someone could enlighten me on some questions I have about my JDM B16A (SIR II) Engine Swap. It was swapped into a 99EX 4DR. I am going to be doing some routine tune up stuff on it and I wanted to know for what kind of car I should getting the parts for. I wasn't sure whether or not the JDM B16 needs different parts then the domestic ones here. Things such as Oil Filter, Type of Oil, Distributor Cap/ Rotor, Plugs and wires, fuel filter, EGR Valve, etc. Any help would be great.

Thanks

these parts can come from the 99-00 SiR Civic or the 96-97 del Sol DOHC VTEC

Out of hmm the engine is a B16A2 (2nd Gen) so are the parts from a 96-97 Prelude and 95 Delsol the same? I'd assume so eh. Also I thought someone told me that the distributor cap off 99-00 SIR wouldn't work on a 2nd Gen b16. Basically I want to do a full tune up so I need to know what will fit what ... engine specifically is a 92-95 b16a JDM I need, fuel filter, ditributer cap/rotor, plug wires, PCV valve. And while I'm on the topic, what's the spark plug gap for these engines?

95 sol is obd1... 96-97 sol B16A is obd2 and is the preferred source of parts. sometimes depending on the part, 96+ GSR parts fit too.

does it matter if its OBD-II or I? The ECU I am running is an OBD I so does it make more sense to get parts for a 95 sol, or does it not make a difference

you have a 96-00 Civic, with a B16A2 apparently... so why are you running an OBD1 computer?? You should have the 99-00 SiR ECU... who did this hack job?

long story, there is a thread about it... when I say b16a2 I don't mean the USDM I mean a b16a2 (Meaning 2nd Gen which is 92-95) Hence why I am running an OBD I computer... Technically I could run the 99-00SIR ECU correct? Since its the exact same engine. Anyway you still didn't answer my question from above.

hey man someone already posted the sparkplug gap and the problem with the tach seems to be with the harness since it works with your newer ecu. find a diagram and check to see where the wire for the tach goes. either hook it up seperatly i guess or try to fix the harness. maybe the harness was made for a civic with a external tach which is why it doesnt work with the one in the cluster
