Question regarding throttle body

I noticed a whistling sound originating from my throttle body (b16a) and upon inspection noticed that one of the screws, located just above the air intake tube, had fallen out. I covered up the hole with some tape for now but was wondering what the purpose of this screw is, what size it is, and where can I find a replacement. Again, it faces the passenger side, horizontally, just above the tube, on the throttle body. Thanks.

I thought the idle adjustment screw was the one underneath the tube. The car is idling a bit high when cold but then goes to normal after awhile. Where can I get a replacement?
