question: Lucas oil products

just bought a bottle of that Lucas oil treatment for the engine at crappy tires. Just wondering whether anyone has used this product or any of the Lucas product line, and what's your take on it (or am I wasting my money). thanks

it makes your oil very very thick and helps make it harder to burn but also make the engine work harder pumping the thicker oil.

Hi,

Lucas Oil

There's some testimonials on that site.

I use there fuel treatment once in a while. I think it helps out a bit.

thanks for the feedback... keep it coming

i was also planning to buy the gas treatment too, but found it funny because there were no instructions on the bottle. so i went with stp injector cleaner.

The fuel treatment is simple.

Just pour the whole bottle (mini) in when you fill up with fuel.

Lucas prducts are the best I've used hands down. I use the Lucas Complete Fuel Treatment every other gas fill up. Lucas Pure Synthetic Oil Treatment every oil change and the Lucas Pure Synthetic Transmission Treatement. Remember, if you use it, don't add the entire bottle. I just add about 2-4 ounces depending. All synthetic oils are in my car now. So, I use the products for synthetic purposes. They are awesome...trust me.

Cheers,
Buddah.

Buddah, so for the engine oil treatment, approx. how much should i pour into my engine? i have a 1.5L cx... i recall the only instructions (pretty vague instructions on the bottle) they had was 20% of every litre of oil. not sure whether they meant 20% of every litre or 20% of the bottle. sorry for being such a n00b about this, but they really don't have best printed instructions. thanks.

i used lucas motor oil stabilizer before for my engine because it used to burn motor oil but after dumping one bottle in, it decreased drastically, it's good stuff
