question about test pipe
#3
no point
there's no point in using a test or straight pipe if u've got a stock engine, let alone SOHC. Even w/ a stock B-series, there won't be a significant gain. If anything, you'll lose backpressure and torque in the lower range.
But, if you're using forced induction, a straight pipe is the cheapest way to get more power.
However, you'll get a hefty fine for having no cat in the streets.
the best thing to do is to fabricate a fake-cat.
and in terms of how loud it'll be, it depends in ur mods.
stock- it'll sound like a fart can
200+hp- thunderous
