Question about D-series jdm header/manifold

Question about D-series jdm header/manifold
Just curious if anyone knows, if the D-series jdm stock header, is the same as the oem stocks ones here in terms of specs. Notice my car drives smoother now since i installed it, just wondering if it was that or the new o2 sensor, that made the difference. They looked pretty much the same.
