well a stock obd0 PR3 or PW0 ecu will work.
You need axles from a 90-91 integra.
And you will need b-series shift linkages, either cut and welded or a nice aftermarket set.

i'd say you'll need the hubs from an integra as well unless the 90-91 match the splines on the crx but i can't see that being the case. when you swap the hubs, you will also need to swap the brakes as well or atleast the lug nut plates on the hubs to get the smaller crx rotors over the larger integra hubs.

be prepared to do a lot of wiring. make sure you run the correct map sensor and main relay as well.

couldn't u have just used 90-91 axles and not have had to change the hubs?
But you've got a way different brake setup on ur crx though....right....prelude something or accord wagon?
Did you finish the new and improved cross member aaron?

You will need:

OBD0 ECU if you wanna stay OBD0, which is easier in wiring, only need to add 2 I beleive.
90-91 Intergra axles with NO ABS, I cannot stress the no ABS part.
Shift linkage for a 90-91 teg cut to fit EF hatch or get the aftermarket ones
PR3 or PW0 ecu
90-91 rad hoses

You will need to bash your frame for the alternator, your rear cross member for the rear mount and cut the front mount of the front cross member for the engine not to hit anything. Have fun.

the wiring was easy......for the axles jsut make sure you remove the spacers behind the hub i bolted the axles all on and tightened them just to find out i forgot to remove the spacers so the tire would not even turn

I think if you get the right mounts you wont have to do these things. My B16 fit without doing any of those...

^^^ werd.
Sometimes if you wanna run a 4-1 header you need to cut the front cross member a little.

any B series axles will work, just make sure you match the year axles with the same intermediate.
