Pulled a CEL... have the code... now what does it mean?

I used the paperclip trick to pull a code.

When using the paperclip trick the CEL blinked twice, and it's for a B16a.

Does anyone know what this code means?

The length of the blinks were the same so I have no idea if they were 'long' or 'short'.

When i shut off the car then restart it, the CEL goes away. And the CEL has only appeared twice... and it seemed to be at WOT at 8000-9000rpm.

The occurances of this have been in the last 2 days, I just got the car back from a clutch replacement.

ok could be a 2 or a 20 then ... is there a long pause between blinks? if so then it could be a 1 or a 10.....

ok a 2 is secondary O 2 sensor ... but you don't have one...

a 20 is the ELD (electrical load detector) bad or unplugged sensor

a 1 is primary O2 sensor

a 10 is IAT sensor

There isnt a LONG pause between them.

Approx how fast are the short blinks?

And lastly, why would the CEL go away if I restart the car? Shouldnt it stay lit?

ok well you don't have a secondary O2 sensor right? then look at the ELD sensor.

The ELD sensor, is that the name of a sensor, or does it mean any one of the sensor's under the hood are bad/unplugged?

hmmm info says there are 2 oxygen sensors for that ECU .... in that case it could still be the secondary O2 sensor

That would make sense, because the car feels like its running really rich and not as powerful as before.

Are all the B series 02 sensor's the same?

For future reference, short blinks are REALLY short, like flashes. Noone can mistake a long blink for a short one even if you've never seen a short blink.
The pause between repeat cycles is rougly 3-4 seconds. Anything else classifies as a long blink or a 10 increment.
