Problems w/my lowered EL
Alrites me and a friend attempted to lower my EL
on H nr race springs w/kyb gr-2s
we got the front done, but the rears r rusty so we need a shop
currenty my front is aftermarket and the rear is oem
my question is, if i put the aftermarket spring n shock combo in will it even out my car? b/c rite now every turn I make the wheels hit the fender well.... and the car looks like its at least 2-3inches down, would the rear take away some of the tension makin it to a 1.75 drop all around? B/c that is the minor drop I am hopin for

NO NO
The RACE springs are not 2.25, they are actually 2.5" in the front with a 2.3" in the rear. mind u this is a Civic suspension but i believe the EL is the same!
i also found out the Neuspeed Race are the exact same.
EXACTLY! your just paying for the name

Neuspeed and H&R are no longer the same company...they use to be a while back however they are seperated.
As for ur drop....put ur rear springs in before u go try selling them...u might love the slam...I'm sure it will not be too low bro...I have 2 3/4 drop H&R..and sometimes I still feel like going lower...

haha.....nah I'm sellin them
I'm leaning towards 3 brands, H&R sports b/c I love how they feel juss now how low they were, Tein spings, and maybe ebicah (dunno how to spell it) sports.

Ohh well.....i bought the gr-2s for a reasonable price....n i'm gonna keep them....n for now I'm only lowerin it like 1"-1.5"s so its good enough.....
plus I'm only 17
n i've got a lot of mods in my opinion already.....meanin i cant fork out 1g on suspension

this is how i would rate them after doind some studying!
Tokico blues/GR2 are stock replacements! wont hanlde for a long time.
i say go with illumina's, there adjustables and slightly better then Koni Reds IMO.

Koni Yellows is way higher quality then the Illumina's but the Illuminas would be top of the line of the Tokico lineup.
there both good, but jumping to Koni's your looking at big bucks!
i say Illumina's
Amar has got a good deal on them right now.
i just bought Goldline springs a 2.3" drop front/rear gonna mate those to Illumina's, it should be a killer setup but it aint no CUPKIT setup!
peace
my car will be on RAILS... i love it already!
