Problems with 99 civic

Yesterday was amazing weather and suprisingly the car wouldn't start. It stalls for like a minute and then starts up. It did this in the winter. Are new cars supposed to do this. Also when I get past 120km/h the car shakes like crazy and the steering wheel goes wild. The car is still leased and I might consider taking it back. The only thing about that is, I hate the 02 civic sedans. I like the 6th gen sedan styling, and also i might want something with a manual transmission. Anyone advice?and solutions to the car not starting?

steering wheel vibration is probably due to off-balanced wheels/tires. balance your front wheels and ask specfically for the mechanics to check the wheels before they take the counter weights off and put new ones on. 'coz if your tires are originally well balanced, then you might have to troubleshoot elsewhere.

When was the last time the spark plugs were changed? If they are getting old the engine might misfire continuously and cause the car to stall.

You have an auto right? Most likely it's the plugs, if not, it may be the fuel pressure. Isn't still under warrantly?

plugs changed

the sparks were changed in the last week of may. I think it is still under warranty. I think I should try and talk honda canada into doing a a/t m/t conversion.
