I've heard of powerFC but never used it or seen it.

We're using Megasquirt on an 87 mr2 SC (project race car). So far so good except we have to change the ingition system over to an EDIS system. Thats the only snag so far.

Hey guys,

I just thought I post some images of my FC-Datalogit box and some screen captures.

It's pretty basic looking but has all the features needed to get the job done. This is the type X box that can interface with any PowerFC box, regardless of intended vehicle.

MMM...nothing like small company hack software. Hand-written disks...ahaha

A sample ingnition table.

You can graphically look at almost all parameters if that floats your boat

You can maptrace here and assuming you are receiving a wideband input, the actual cells fill with the actual afr.

so the P column is RPM? and the N rows are manifold pressure? Thats a little odd, how its not RPM vs mbar or manifold pressure. The ignition values we're seeing look at little strange to me. What exactly are we seeing here, degrees BTDC (like in crome/hondata/neptune)? Or something else?

On a honda app, are there nonvtec and vtec maps (or low cam and high cam)?

Looks like a pretty simple program to use....good stuff.

Actually P is load and n is rpm. I took these screen shots without actually setting anything up so this is just the templete.

As for the timing, those are total timing value values or degrees BTDC. This map is just a sample for an SR20DET motor.

oh ok, that makes more sense....good stuff.
Now when you set it up properly does the N row turn into RPM values? And the P column turn into actual load values?

Exactly, when you setup the MapReferences they are populated in each axis.

As for vtec engine, it does have two different vtec maps as well as control over switch points
