buy a b16 log manifold where you can choose which style flange is on it. Get new oil/coolant lines, you already have the fittings for the turbo. If you are on a tight budget you could use the stock intercooler (if equipped) and probably some of the stock mx6 charge pipes. Only other thing you would need would be engine management. I would allocate about 1/3 of your budget for engine management, be it hondata, afc hack, uberdata or a FMU and MSD BTM. You have a few choices, but make sure its up to par with the amount of psi you plan on running. You wouldnt' want to run just a FMU and MSD BTM w/12 psi.
Think about this. Instead of gettin a b16 spend that money on a turbo set up for your stock engine. Or grab a d16z6 and take some stock d-series pistons that'll lower the compression, shot peen your rods, ARP hardware all around, new bearing, new pistons rings and a hone of course, and get a new clutch...you will want one if you plan on boostin your car. But anyways, moral of the story, the money you would spend on a B16 swap could be spent very wisely, if well researched....and thats why you are here, on building for boost/rebuilding a d-series which in my opinion would be better (and way faster than just a stock b16) than slapping a half-a$$ed turbo set up on a b16.
D-series engines can be built up nicely using other stock d-series parts, and the money you would save could be used for a front mount intercooler, 2.5"-3" exhaust, blow-off valve and of course good engine management.
Just my 2 cents.

you can use your intercooler turbocharger and maybe soem charge pipes but not much. Nto to mention your car runs a snail rbh5 turbo charger that will run outta steam around 4-5000 rpm leaving your b16 outta breathe before vtec kicks in lol. Jsut use it to boost your stock d series or just swap the b16 and run n/a.
