^^ air flow is one part of it. he's giving you 10-15% more air flow. it's up to you to match that new air flow to some fuel.

you will need dyno tuning, then you can pick up some power. Steve can't guarantee you power, he can guarantee you airflow (volumetric efficiency). your dyno guarantees you power.

air+fuel=horsepower.
