Polishing Valve Cover

Damn this harder than I thought

first off, Workin on a D16z6, I didnt remove the cover, and my back is killin me

Im using 600 wet paper, and its comin out ok, but its gonna take a few passes.

after a few runs, its startin to look good. Ill post some before or after pics soon.

anyone have any tips/stories?

and PS. to get around the letters, wrap some sandpaper around a credit card.. works like a charm

pps. Im using NVR Dull polish.

when you're done, maybe you can list the steps you took and how long it took for each step. Also, the total cost. Kinda wanna do mine also. Thanks.
