Please Help... Rev's like crazy

i dunno what happen , but this mornin , i went to start my car .... put the clutch down ..... started it , and then it started reving , like crazy .......6000 rpms....and wont stop unless i put it into gear and let go of the clutch and itll drive for me ....... i check the throttle cable .... unplugged it ,, and it still does it ....... i dunno what it is ... could someone hlep me plz ... and im sorry if this is a repost of anyone else..... i have a 95 civic hatch ... and a b18b1 motor

check all the vacuum lines going into the intake manifold.

Same thing happened to me...in my case it was the sensor on the tb..replaced it..idles at 700 now.

ya could be the tps, i dunno if it would just go overnight like that, but thats another option

I doubt a vacuum leak could skyrocket your rpm's to six grand? I would honestly look over your tb.

maybe his tb somehow stuck at near wot? i dunno thats wierd, my edelbtock one stuck a little bit but nothing like that lol
