Please help, car won't start....

I haven't used my car (88 CRX with B18C) for a couple days. I've never had a problem with it and for some reason, I went to start it and it tries to start but just can't. I tried adding gas, I looked at my fuel pressure gauge and see that there is pressure.
I'm lost as to what it could be. I really need it working by tomorrow so if anyone has any thoughts, let me know.

Thanks,

Rich

reset the ecu???

check the sparkplugs for spark?

seems kinda weird if you had it running just a few days ago... probably something simple.

have you done any mods since having it run last?

When I turn the key, it tries to start but just won't turn over. No recent mods. Like I said, everthing worked fine a few days ago.

huh do u mean it tries to crank but maybe not enough power to fully crank it? if so battery dead. Or does it crank fully and keep cranking but doesen't start? if so i guess i would check your plugs, distributor? does the ecu read any numbers? more info :working:

Okay, somehow it started, I didn't try anything different it just started. I let it warm up, took it for a drive and it really idled low and almost stalled when I came to a stop. I adjusted my idle screw and it seems to be normal now. I think I'll change my fuel filter and main relay just to be safe. It better start tomorrow morning though.

Any ideas what the problem might have been?

Thanks for all the fast reply's,

Rich

ya, lotta fog last nite, so a lot of fine mist in the air..
probably a moisture thing, but def. scan things out when you get a chance..

highly doubt the fuel filter tho, they usually plug up and then give up..and you did say you had a lot of pressure so it's probably alright..
