please help!!!!

ok I have my car up on a jack as I speak, I'm trying to lower my car another .5 inch....problem is I cant lossen the two things aroudn the coil!!! any suggestions of what to do??

well he figured it out but did he use WD40 or just twist the 2 stands away from each other

maybe he used both?? that would be the most logical explanation for this

well guys, just to release the mystery, I just turned both of the circles in opposite directions. There was sand and grit in it and thats why I was having problems turning them, thanks anyways tho!!:cool:
