Please Help!!

Just replaced clutch, master and slave cylinders on my 92 civic lx 1.5 about 3 weeks ago, and I was driving along yesterday, pressed on the clutch and the pedal never came back up!!!!! Checked my fluid level, it was fine...tried to pump it, but no luck.... why could this of happened??? and any suggestions on how to fix it?

try bleeding the slave cylinder
