just a suggestion, haha i didn't even mention to him i was selling them. i still recommend the gsr no matter it be the usdm or jdm over the b16a.

you just say that cause you sell them.

USDM gsr's go for much cheaper. I'd look for a usdm gsr just so you save a few bucks.

Right, but then what are you gonna do about the ecu and harness issue from the firewall? 90% of JDM swaps don't come with the harness on the ecu side, so regardless you gotta do some wiring move. Even if you got the harness from the firewall on, can't imagine where the hell you could put the ecu and harness on the drivers side and still have everything else under there accessible.

To top it off, I can't remember the last JDM swap I got with a complete engine harness anyway.. most of em are cut, so you gotta replace the harness altogether.

do what i did/doing

find a b16 for like 1500ish complete.
buy a half decent turbo setup for 3500ish
get zeeman to tune it
enjoy the sound of spooling. who doesn't love spooling?

then in a year in the winter, do a half decent internals build, up the boost, and enjoy!

tuning doesnt take forever, and when done right, it's reliable as all hell. imo...5g-ish....boost!!!!

good point...it's true that most jdm swaps doesn't come with harness on the ecu side and it's true to do some wiring move.

i'm just saying it's still possible...that's all=)

i did it that way because i got the entire swap...every harness and wiring needed to complete it. i just didn't feel like spending more money on purchasing usdm itr harness.

and yes...i could've used stock harness for the swap but i didn't. oh well
