Plastic coollant drain plug...

....how the heck do you get it off?!? The isht' tighter than a virgin church girl!!

Is it a screw or a plug?

Theres absolutely nothing to grab w/ a pair of pliers, also the fact that its plastic (or some kinda polymer) I don't wanna damage the damn thing!
