Places to buy a whole distrubutor assembly?
 

Just wonderin I need a whole distrubutor assembly

for my 1990 Honda Accord LX, it has a F22A1 engine...

so where are some good places to find one in the GTA everybody...

go to a honda dealership...you can choose to buy one aftermarket or reman. honda.

BUT just so you know, a lot of the time they only sell sub-assemblies so you have to provide the igniter, coil, rotor, cap and such....but its a good deal though...I got mine a - reman. honda for $250 but that was below retail - for you car youre probably looking at $300-$400 retail

go to places like japan auto parts, tiger japan and so on..

check yellowpages under used auto parts..

honda assembly is way too much. Not worth it either for such an old car.

i've always liked North Queen Auto for some reason...

or parkway honda with tcc discounts :thumbup:

if you can get a discount at parkway honda it wont be terribly expensive....Im not sure but it'd probably end up being $250-$300...a little on the expensive side but if you think about it, you'll save yourself some headaches...cause if you go with a used assembly, there's no telling when the shaft bearings might crap out....

You can trust the parts that come out of there, not used car stuff.

It all depends, is this a beater or your pride and joy?

if it's a beater, call parkway, ask for the TCC price and match it with the used part price.

I'm willing to bet it's only going to be a little more and the parkway part is either new, or close to it.

nah, i've picked up a used dizzy for like $100-150 i think it was.. a few years ago for an integra... was from japan auto.
