First build

Okay so a few questions on a turbo build.... I’ve been looking and contemplating to do motor work or not to. I’m on a budget. I would like to rip the block part and do pistons and rings valves ex... I don’t want to be pushing a crap ton of hp 250-300 would be okay with me for now. Oh and I’m on a 97 Civic 1.6l non vetch d16y7 motor rebuilt 90k miles ago along with tranny and clutch. So real question is would I be okay with all this with on a pretty much stock motor on a tune. Obviously over time I would like to rip the motor apart and cam it and put a bunch of work into. Oh and compression on the motor is good to.. and doesn’t leak any oil or anything This is my first boost build... don’t be to harsh lol just want some advice. Thanks!

Parts I have:

Stage 2 t3/t4 turbo 400hp max
cast iron manifold

550cc injectors
blow off valve
wide band o2 sensor and gauge
boost gauge
oil pressure gauge
oil filter sandwich
performance fuel pump
waste gate/ dump pipe
intake
Down pipe
