performance question
hey i was wondering who could tell me what would be the best internal performance mod that i could do thats not too expensive but will give me a good amount of power
i have a 89 honda civic si with a 1st gen B16a

A full tune-up and change all of your fluids. No sense doing mods if the motor is out of tune or runs crappy.

this isnt an internal mod, but have you considered a new intake manifold?
