IMO, not unless your doing some other extensive mods to your engine. You wont really notice much of a gain doing an IM if you only do I/H/E or something liek that...

some of them actually degrade performance over your stock manifold as well

most honda mani's are pretty decent stock...and they woudl degrade performance cause on a stock setup with no fuel tuning it will put your a/f mixture outta wake and thrwo everythign outta wack kinda....mani is one the later mods after cams and tuning devices...etc...
