performance CAT

Will all aftermarket cats pass emissions?

Im looking at a magnaflow performance cat from automotive-warehouse....will it pass emissions?

if it wouldnt pass emissions, what would be the point of selling performance cats be in the first place instead of just replacing it with a straight pipe?

Because under a visual roadside inspection its illegal if you are missing your cat. And highperformance cats are generic meaning on certain cars with less strict emmission standards they may pass fine where as when you install them on another car it may fail.

oh and you might have to get new o2 sensor if you have one on cat.

because when I went to look for an o2 for my car he said that there were 2 different ones, one for the front and one for the back or whatever... and the one for the front was a lot cheaper...anyways still looking for one dont' want to buy an expensive one, not keep this engine for long

OBD1=1 O2 sensor, OB2=2 O2 sensors

i stil have to get my emmission done next year, but i have no rez.

so no rez, megnaflow hi-flow cat, what do you guys think will i pass or not??
