PCV Valve

i did a tune up to my car

cap
rotor
spark plugs
spark plug wires
fuel filter

now i need to change the PCV valve, but i couldnt find it
i got d16y7 engine

somone told me that i dont need to change PCV valve since i got aftermarket intake


i was wondering where's the PCV valve?
pics would help

its under the intake manifold inside of the oil separator box.
It will help a lot if you remove the oil filter, without the oil filter on the pcv valve will be visible from underneath the car.

it's kind of a pain to do like zeeman said. You'll see it to the passenger side of the oil filter. It's on the side facing the filter on a black box

man.. just look to the passenger side of the oil filter.. theres only one black box beside it. Look for the pcv valve coming out of the side of it, they'll be a hose attached to it. You can't miss it.

I just did my GSR PCV, that was fun..

I got lanky hands so it was easy, unlike many have said.

- disconnect the valve cover breather hose.
- pry the pcv out with a big flat head.
- twist the hose till you can get long needle noses in to pull the clamp back.

gsr's are different, its actually in a pretty easily accessible spot...especially compared to the d16y7.

PCV

D16Y7's PCV valve, i have chjanged it, it took me almost half an hour, its right on top of the oil filter, i took it off from the top, there is very little space...

i took few pics

n i found the hose right on top of oil filter, not sure that's the pcv

yah y7s are in a crappy spot, you have to remove the oil filter...its the only honda engine with this bad location.....

And your friend that told you not to change it cuz u have an aftermarket intake is a complete auto moron....in the future laugh when he gives you advice about cars and say your a stupid moron shut your piehole you know nothing about cars...haha
