P28 or P08

Running the JDM D15B VTEC what's the advantages of running the JDM OBD1 P08 ECU over the USDM 1.6l P28

Is there any performance gains or loses with either one on the oppsit motor?

I'm currently running a p28 on the jdm d15b runs slighly rich but bone stock everything in my 93 coupe it ran 15.80 @ 88mph. will the P08 make the engine run better?

you can chip the p28 and run the p08 maps for probably cheaper than buying a p08.
The p08 program has about 15% less fuel (overall) and about 1.5 degrees less timing (overall) than the p28 program.
