well, i kno i already bitched earlier about omnis and how i hate them ... not only did my rear passenger trailing arm brake, but today my front driver side shock SNAPPED IN 2!!! ... piece of **** omnis ... it looked like my car had air rides cause my fender almost completely covered my tire and my lip was touchin the ground ... and what pisses me off the most is that i was so looking forward to the honda-tech meet on sunday, and now i gotta ride shotty with someone ... stay away from omnis unless u want headaches ...

ive been running omnis for a while now and they are definitely a great bang for the buck. i havent had a issue with the collars being to thin yet and hopefully wont. the only advice i have for people that are rubbing or having poor performance is to run a sane setup. adjust your ride height and preload accordingly. i also am using the omni rear lcas with no problems.

next up is a rear sway bar.

you should call omni then dalinkwent. they have great customer service. i've sat in a car with these before and they're nice. i plan to get a set for myself in the future too.

i will agree that they are a good setup for the cost, but it seems like ive been having way too many problems with them ... honestly, i could have died today when my shock broke while i was driving, know what i mean? and i had my car finally done up to my standards and i cant even rock it at the honda-tech meet, which pisses me off too ...

Did you have the sleeves or the full coilovers?

Omni doesnt make trailing arms, either...I'm assuming you mean the Rear Lower Control Arm.

these are the new omni power coilovers that have been replaced. the collars at the bottom are 10x thicker than the older one, so there will be no problems with snapping. also the shock has been residgned so the coilovers will run smoother even with the same spring rates. also they are also speed sensitive, so the harder you run the harder and better they handle.

the collar is a different colour and the part that goes into the fork is small and thin looking.

chances are if the coilovers were purchased before march or a few months after march, they were the defect batch. but to be safe, drop by the shop, and we have the replacement collars in hand.
